Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Clerk

Background

Growing too fast.....can't keep up with the demand for Marriage Licenses, envelopes to put them in, banknote paper required by the State for birth certificates and death certificates and copies of already issued marriage licenses. Those are the most expensive but then envelopes to be used for return of filed Official Public Records.
