Discuss and consider approving the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) for the US 183 at FM 1869 intersection improvements project.
Background
An AFA for this project was previously approved by the Commissioners Court but a new agreement was needed due to federal funds being included for the widening of the bridge class culvert which reduced the county’s cost by approximately $150,000.
