Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding Professional Services Contract with HCE (Hendrix Consulting Engineers) for professional engineering services in relation to the Splash Park – Pump VFD Investigation Project pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act (Tex. Gov’t Code § 2254.004).

Background

HCE was selected due to their expertise in this specific field and due to their knowledge and familiarity with this project as they were part of the initial construction of Southwest Regional Park.
