Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Elections Office.
Background
Adequate funds are not available to purchase several copies of TEXAS ELECTION LAWS 2014-2015 Edition. Approval of this request will enable the Elections Office to purchase 6 copies of the updated TEXAS ELECTION LAWS for supervisors; staff handling ballot by mail, voter registration, and contracts; and a copy for general office use.
