Discuss and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for law enforcement services between Williamson County and Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District.

Background

Brushy Creek MUD ("District") and Williamson County ("County") entered into an Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services on March 25, 2010 and the county agreed to provide additional law enforcement services within the territorial confines of Brushy Creek, and this is an extension to those services. In December 2013 the contract was extended for an additional 3 months and will expire on March 31, 2014.

This Agreement will extend the contract for an additional 3 months, to end on June 30th, 2014.

3 Originals will be delivered to the courthouse on Friday, March 28th, 2014.
