Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Fleet

Background

We currently store the vehicle seats in the blue building on 8th street which is being torn down. Randy Rodgers determined a significant loss on vehicles going to auction should we decide not to put the seats back in the vehicle prior to sale (see attached spreadsheet). In light of that analysis it was determined investment of ~ $20K into a storage unit would make much more fiscal sense as opposed to disposing of the seats. This line item transfer will cover the one time cost of a storage unit.
