Background

Section 3.3.1 of the 2000 Williamson County Subdivision Regulations requires a minimum 60 foot right-of-way for local streets in rural subdivisions. A request for a variance from this requirement has been received from the Engineer, on behalf of the Owner/Developer, for the Rancho Santa Fe subdivision to reduce the minimum right-of-way width along certain streets to 50 feet.
