BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:30 A.M. on TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2013, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the March 19, 2013 meeting.

2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
Motion: To approve the payment of one invoice from Weaver and Tidwell, LLP for professional fees associated with the audit for the year ended August 31, 2012 in the amount of $6,500.00.
