Consider approving Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $43,850.00 for Chandler Road Phase 3A, a Road Bond project in Precinct Four.
Background
This Change Order adds additional quantities of various erosion control measures to the project to address locations where runoff from the adjacent fields drains onto the project. The additional locations requiring erosion control measures were identified as a result of recent rainfall events. The additional quantities include soil retention blankets, concrete riprap, and 15” rock rip rap.
