Discuss and consider approval of First Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement with Rely Information Systems.

Background

This amendment adds the services of Rely as DBA support for the Oracle R-12 Upgrade. The original Agreement was signed by the Court on January 8, 2013 in the amount of $51,000. This amendment adds an additional 200 hours with a total increase of $19,000 bringing the total of the contract to $70,000.
