Consider approving Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $32,921.10 for Ronald Reagan Blvd. North Phase III, a Road Bond project in Precinct Three.

Background

This Change Order adds a new Contract Item to install a driveway at Sta 1129+81 for Madison, the adjacent developer. The driveway was requested in exchange for donating the right-of-way to the County as part of the agreement. This Change Order also adds new Contract Items for the installation of conduit and waterline across the roadway to restore an existing private waterline for Sommerset which is in conflict with the construction (too shallow and is not encased under the roadway).
