Consider approving Change Order with Bartlett Cocke in the amount of $27,697 to pressure wash/waterproof the building at 901 South Austin Avenue.

Background

This is a change order to remove existing leaking storefront and install new waterproof storefront by pressure washing the existing stucco, prime and waterproof the building. This building has recently been renovated for the Tax Office and new area for the Purchasing Department. This will not surpass the Not to Exceed amount for this contract.
