Consider and approve First Amendment to the Construction Agreement with Willo Products Inc. The original contract was approved in Court January 15, 2013 – for installation of new locking devices in the Williamson County Jail.

Background

The original agreement to upgrade the locks in the County jail was approved by the court in January 2013. The agreement had a Retainage of 10%, this amendment changes the Retainage to 5%.
