Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Constable Pct. #2 Office

Background

This transfer is required by A/P to pay vendors for computers that are less than $5000.00 out of the line item for that type of purchase. The money for these computers was approved in budget but was put in the computer line for over $5000.00. This action will correct that issue.
