Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Standard Utility Agreement with City of Georgetown Electric Services for utility relocation on the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project and reimbursement of the relocations.
Background
City of Georgetown Electric Services has existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements, including relocation of over 3,000 feet of electric lines, installation of new concrete and wood poles, conduits, and related appurtenances (as fully described and detailed in the utility agreement). The estimated cost of the utility relocation is $61,161.60 and it is 100% reimbursable.
