Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Standard Utility Agreement with SuddenLink for utility relocation on the IH 35 Northbound Frontage Road Project and reimbursement of the relocations.
Background
SuddenLink has existing facilities to be relocated to accommodate the roadway improvements, including relocation of over 5,700 feet of fiber optic cable, conduits and related appurtenances. The estimated cost of the utility relocation is $43,163.95 and it is 100% reimbursable.
