Discuss and take appropriate action on the proposed amendment to the Williamson County CDBG Citizen Participation Plan to include the use of alternate projects in Annual Action Plans. 
Background
The Williamson County Community Development Block Grant Program is amending the Williamson County Community Development Block Grant Program 2009-2013 Consolidated Plan. The amendment will affect Appendix A, Approved Citizen Participation Plan, of the Williamson County Community Development Block Grant Program 2009-2013 Consolidated Plan. Due to the unavailability of census data needed to identify project eligibility, the County will identify alternate projects in the Annual Action Plan as to avoid the delay in use of funds if a project is deemed ineligible or if there is a cost savings on completed projects.
