Discuss and take appropriate action concerning reguest for reorganization within the Elections Department.

Background

I want to consolidate the most responsible duties of a departed staff member, including the authorship of our newsletter, and the technical writing aspects pertaining to our poll worker training manuals with the most responsible duties of another staff member, which include managing the FPCA (overseas and military mail ballots) program, acting as our social media coordinator and managing deputy voter registrars. I want to give the most responsible duties to the existing staff member. If I did that, I could then open the position for the departed staff member as someone that would perform data entry for voter registration.
