Consider closing Dark Cove at Great Oaks Drive from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sat., April 28th, 2012 for the 5th Annual Brushy Creek BBQ Cook-Off & Family Festival, and cosider loaning 4 barricades.

Background

Brushy Creek is having their 5th Annual BBQ Cook-Off and Family Festival on April 28th, from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Because they are expecting a large number of people to attend, we are recommending this closure in order to enforce no parking along this street. Capt. Gleason from the Williamson County Sheriff' Office has suggested the closure. The Brushy Creek staff will notify all homeowners along Dark Cove as well as Aaron Ct. regarding the closure. This will be monitored by a deputy of staff member of Brushy Creek in order to insure access in and out of the area. Emergency services as well as local fire department is aware of the closure. Attached is a map of the area as well as information regarding the BBQ/Festival.
