Consider and take appropriate action to appoint Patty Eason and Rob Rothenberg to the Williamson County Conservation Foundation Board of Directors for new terms ending April 2014.

Background

This action is to confirm the appointment of Patty Eason and Rob Rothenberg to the WCCF Board for terms ending effective as of the Foundation's April 2014 annual meeting. This action is based on recommendation from the WCCF board at its April 11, 2012 annual meeting.

There is one open position on the board and an interview is being scheduled for the nominee by the WCCF Board
President.

The terms of the remaining board members - Commissioner Lisa Birkman, Commissioner Valerie Covey, Larry Quick and Maria Acosta - end effective with the April 2013 board meeting.
