To discuss and consider approving the County Judge to sign an Interlocal Agreement For The Placement, Operation and Maintenance of the Williamson County Radio Communications System Tower Site No. 6 - "High Country" with the City of Round Rock.

Background

Please see the attached signed ILA with the City of Round Rock. This is to place on of our budgeted RCS Towers on one of their Water Towers. This agreement will save us about $400,000 in construction fees. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
