Discuss and take action on the appointment of Victor Thomas to the ESD 6 (Weir) Board. Mr. Thomas will be replacing Stacy Schweitzer whose current term is January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012. Mr. Thomas will be serving out the remainder of Stacy's term therefore Mr. Thomas's term will end December 31, 2012.
