Discuss and take appropriate action on approving a modification to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Williamson County regarding an increase in wage rates paid by ICE for services at the T. Don Hutto Facility.

Background

This modification is being issued to revise the housing and stationary/escort rates at the T. Don Hutto Facility. The revision to the rates is a direct result of the Wage Determination issued by the Department of Labor and implemented into the agreement via the prior Modification P00007 on 12/7/2011. The housing and stationary/escort rates will be increased pursuant to this modification.
