Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for Park Donations:

Background

Donations include $100 for a memorial tree from Jane McAdams, Don Birkner and Jim Rodgers in memory of Janet Elaine Bartles, $100 for a memorial tree from Jane McAdams, Don Birkner and Jim Rodgers in memory of David Allen Kratochvil, $300 from the Native Plant Society of Texas for trail signs, $100 for a memorial tree from Cathy Sariego for Jim Flaggert, and numerous patron donations for firewood, donkey fund and the donation jar from Archaeology Day.
