Consider approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $77,374.50 for Chandler Road Phase 3A, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Four.
Background
This Change Order adds the relocation and encasement of the Jonah waterlines at two locations on the project, plans for which were not available at the time the construction contract was bidding. The Jonah waterlines will be encased where they cross the new roadway both near the intersection of FM 1660 and near the intersection of CR 101 to meet the requirements of the utility accommodation policy.
