Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $210,914.46 for Chandler Road Phase 3A, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Four.

Background

This Change Order adds driveways, culverts and utility sleeves at various locations along the project that are to be provided as part of the right of way acquisition agreements between the County and the adjacent land owners. In addition, the 200 LF of roadway not constructed in the previous Chandler Road Phase 3B project due to the delay in ROW acquisition has been added to this project and the quantities included in this Change Order. This Change Order also adjusts the vertical profile of the roadway in response to Atmos requirements for clearance over a pair of high pressure gas lines. This adjustment is quantified with existing Contract items.
