Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, Wire Transfers and Electronic Payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
  Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager Donna Baker addressed the Court. 

Commissioner Birkman abstained from voting on an item regarding San Gabriel Parkway (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Commissioner Long amended the motion to exclude an invoice for the Elections Department.

Discuss and take action on Road Closure on CR 100 for the filming of the IMAX Movie, Flight of the Butterflies on April 21st. Cars can be detoured on CO RD 106, if needed, while traffic is held. There will be about 40 people on site while filming a picture vehicle traveling CR 100 and crossing the low water crossing.  The contact is Paul Knaus, Location Assistant for Flight of the Butterflies. This has been through the road closure process.
