Williamson County, Texas; Daniel Robertson, and Michael Baxter; In the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, Austin Division; and exemption of those attorney services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services.
