Consider authorizing 2001 Road Bond Transfer per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to allocate $7,510,758.05 to SH45/O'Connor Frontage Roads (P197) from the following projects: $1,244,798.37 P149 (SH 195), $70,000.00 Hutto Pedestrian Bridge (P152), $2,853,755.80 IH-35 Ramps (P154), $656,166.93 FM 1431 (P186), $66,766.05 IH-35/Reagan Interchange (P190), $28,453.07 Ronald Reagan Ph IV (P196), $1,954,253.23 Ronald Reagan Ph III (P211), $300,000.00 CR 170 (P213), and $336,564.60 Non Departmental unallocated interest (P92). In addition, consider authorizing transfer in the amount of $575,000.00 from IH-35 Ramps (P154) to SH45/O'Connor Frontage Roads (P197).

Background

The County needs to fund $7,500,000.00 on SH 45/O'Connor project to honor an agreement with TXDOT to construct the road.
