Consider authorizing budget transfers in the 2006 Road Bond recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager to move $3,169,857.13 from (P180) Right of Way to following projects: $1,958,602.99 (P149) SH 195, $13,224.09 (P175) Chandler Road, $1,168,843.35 (P196) Ronald Reagan Ph IV, $10,950.00 (P211) Ronald Reagan Ph III and $18,236.70 (P217) SH 29 Safety Improvements.

Background
Periodically funds need to be moved out of Right of Way to the appropriate project to capture all the expenses of a particular project. The right of way project was a fund set up as right of costs associated with road bond projects emcompassed an uncertain budget.
