Discuss and take action on approving contract with STARRY Residential Services

Background

First time contract with STARRY to provide short-term/emergency residential services to juveniles. The goal of this contact is to provided both pre and post-adjudication non-secure residential services to juveniles struggling with the family dymanics within the home. The hope is to provide a nuetral atmosphere for juvenile services to work with the family while providing mimimal disruption to the juveniles daily routine.
