3) require a valid Social Security Number be provided to be eligible
4) place a cap, which has been agreed to by RR Medical Center and Georgetown Hospital, on the total UPL payments for the year at $1,000,000
5) enter into a reconciliation process with the three new hospitals in the County to adjust their inpatient and outpatient payment rates
