Consider and take appropriate action regarding canceling the plat of Lakeview Estates of Williamson County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof of record in Cabinet GG, Slides 44, 45 and 46, Plat Records of Williamson, Texas, at the request of the developer and sole owner of the real estate and the City of Georgetown having deferred the vacation of the plat to Williamson County by reference to Section 212.013(a) of the local government code that states, "...The plat is vacated when a signed, acknowledged instrument declaring the plat vacated is approved and recorded in the manner prescribed for the original plat.", and by the City's unified development code, section 3.08.020.A. Exemptions from Required Plat, whereby this subdivision was exempt from platting with the City.

33. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Long said she attended a Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) meeting last night and stated that some members would like CAMPO to have a policy in regards to reducing CO2 and greenhouse gasses.  She will submit an agenda item to establish the Court's recommendations on this soon.

Commissioner Covey said she started the 5K Fun Run last Saturday in Jarrell and stayed for the unveiling of the 100 Year Historical Marker.  She reminded everyone of the Tea Party this Thursday at 6:00 P.M. at the County Courthouse.

Commissioner Morrison noted that Judge H. T. Wright of Caldwell County passed away last week. 

Commissioner Birkman reminded everyone to vote today.

Judge Gattis wished Commissioner Birkman a happy birthday.
