Consider removal of three laptops from the Oracle fixed asset system due to theft.
Background

Two laptops were stolen out of a vehicle in Ennis, TX while the county employees were there on training on 1/19/10.  One laptop was stolen out of a vehicle while the county employee was in Austin on training on 1/27/09.  In both cases, the incidents were reported to the city police departments.
