Consider appointment of John Snowden to the vacant deputy position in Constable Precinct Two.

Background

John Snowden is a twenty-nine year old with six years experience with the Brenham Police Department. He has spent his entire law enforcement career with the Brenham Police Department and is currently a Corporal. He is a graduate of Georgetown High School and is wishing to make a career move to be closer to family in the area. He is married to Angela who is an Ag teacher in high school. They are expecting their first child in November.
