Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Attorney's Office

Background

The extradition line item is an estimated budgeted amount as the exact number of extraditions per years cannot be accurately predicted. Currently expenses have exceeded the budgeted amount; the District Attorney's office is requesting a line item transfer so that defendants may continue to be returned to Williamson County and processed through the court system when they are arrested on active warrants.
