Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Elections Department.

Background

Additional early voting mobile locations (2 in Round Rock, Bartlett, Weir, Jonah) were added to the Nov. '09 and Primary '10 early voting schedule which has had an impact on the amount spent in this budget line. The crew who works at these sites are paid mileage because they have to travel some distances (Round Rock, Granger, Weir, Jonah, Liberty Hill, Florence, Andice, Bartlett, Thrall, and Jarrell). This transfer of funds is needed to help fund the rest of the fiscal year.
