Background

This AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND CONTRACTOR is the formal agreement between Westar Construction, Inc and the County on construction of the Southwest Regional Park Splash Pad approved in court on March 16, 2010. Hal Hawes of the County Attorney’s Office crafted the document.
