Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Ag Extension.

Background

One of the computers has crashed and, after examination from IT, it is unable to be repaired. A quote was received from IT for a replacement Computer in the amount of $1,100. The computer was on schedule to be replaced during FY10/11. There is some funding available in the computer equipment line item ($3) and funding than can be transfered interdepartmentally from another line item. The remaining funding we are requesting to be transfered from Non Departmental.
