Consider and take appropriate action on approval of amended bylaws for the Williamson County Conservation Foundation.

Background

Amended bylaws were considered and approved at the duly called Board of Directors meeting for the WCCF held 4/8/09. Under the bylaws and per the Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the WCCF the Commissioners Court has authority for final approval of bylaws and amendments. The WCCF Board of Directors recommends these amended bylaws for adoption.
