Discuss and take appropriate action on splitting of voting Precinct 204 and creating new voting Precinct 201.
Background
Precinct 204 has 6,440 active registered voters which exceeds the 5,000 maximum registered voters allowed by the Texas Election Code.  The boundary changes are necessary to reduce the number of registered voters in Pct. 204 to bring it into compliance with the Texas Election Code.
