Discuss and take appropriate action on precinct boundary changes affecting Precincts 254, 273, 277, and 293.

Background

Precinct 277 has more than 5,000 active registered voters which makes it out of compliance with the Texas Election Code. Adjusting the boundary lines for Precinct 277 and contiguous precincts 254, 273, and 293, will reduce the number of active registered voters in Pct. 277 below the 5,000 maximum allowed by the Election Code.
