Consider granting request for the Cedar Park Swimming Kid's Triathlon to be held on April 26, 2009 beginnning at Milburn Park.

Background

The City of Cedar Park Police Department will provide 5 policemen on motorcycles who will cruise the course and ensure safety. The City of Cedar Park Police Department will provide 5 policemen at the main intersections:

Elizabeth Milburn Park Entrance/Exit at Sunchase Boulevard
Sunchase Boulevard and Cypress Creek Road
Cypress Creek Road and El Salido
Cypress Creek Road and Simbrah
Cypress Creek Road and Anderson Mill Road

Bike, swim and run safety precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the children and their families.
