Background
Public notice has been run for this agenda item and the date was set by the Court. This will be a public hearing and a presentation from the developer, Parke Patterson. An agenda item for the creation of the public improvement district (PID) will be sometime in the next couple of weeks, as the law says that the actual creation of the PID can take place anytime within six months of the public hearing and notice.
