Discuss and take appropriate action on increasing Mobile Outreach Team's Administrative Assistant from 20 hours to 30 hours per week.

Background

The Court recently approved contracting with Bluebonnet Trails MHMR to expand services to our existing Mobile Outreach Team (MOT). In addition, the MOT is billing Bluebonnet Trails for billable client services that the MOT is providing for crisis services. All costs associated with this request will be covered by Bluebonnet Trails through their crisis redesign allocations. Ashlie has completed a fiscal assessment and it is attached, along with the previous back-up information.
