In constructing the Lake Creek Trail it was necessary for the trail and bridge crossing to pass immediately adjacent to the home and property of Mr. Wright on Meadowheath Drive. The alignment of the bridge and trail passes close to Mr. Wright's property and according to the homeowner now allows any public on the trail to view his backyard and has changed his privacy. A 6 foot wooden fence is being proposed on the side and rear of the property to restore his privacy. |
