Consider and take appropriate action on resolutions determining the necessity and authorizing the acquisition of certain property interests required for the Hwy 79 project from Gangl (parcel 11), Lenz (parcel 13) and Mikulencak (parcel 33), and take other appropriate action.

Background

Sheets and Crossfield are trying to negotiate these properties, and may stilll settle, but because bid deadlines are approacing it may be necessary to proceed with condemnation.
