Consider and take appropriate action on granting approval of Little Creek Acres.   Pct. #3
Background



Little Creek Acres is a two Lot subdivision, both lots being greater than 5.0 acres Lot one takes access from
 CR 255 and Lot 2 takes access from CR 289.  Additional right-of-way was dedicated to equal a 60' total right-of-way on both CR 255 and CR 289.  The preliminary plat was approved February 19, 2008.
