Discuss and take appropriate action on writing off uncollectable balances under $100 on misdemeanor cases.
Background
Cases with a $2 transaction fee not paid, $25 time payment fee not paid, or cases where the defendant is no longer traceable with balances under $100 need to be written off from time to time. David Flores has already given his approval. These amount to a total of $4240.70.
