Commissioner Birkman abstained in regards to payment of two invoices for Bagdad Road (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

  Commissioner Covey informed the residents of Walburg that we will be addressing this in the future with the legal opportunities we have and Judge Gattis added that the process has already been started.

Commissioner Birkman invited everyone to the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority and the Texas Department of Transportation Open House meeting for the 183 North Mobility Project Environmental Study on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Westwood High School cafeteria from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
